We are looking for a quote to put varnish on one side of the floor (newer floor) and stain and varnish on another side (older floor) to match the other side. I have attached the floor plan (please refer to the plans of the first floor only). All rooms on the first floor need to be done including 2 sets of stairs but excluding the laundry, bathroom and toilet. Please share photos of your previous work when providing a quote.

Hi, I’m after a quote to sand and stain our deck. Deck is about 11 years old. Cut the ends of cables (2 ends of 10 cables = 20 total cuts), replace end screws with more robust anchoring to allow for appropriate tension, such as Jaw/Swage Turnbuckle Rigging Screws with end Terminals and stainless steel eye screws. Wire is 3.2mm 7x7. Timber posts. You can see in the attached photo that two of the end screws have come out, so we've decided it makes sense to replace all the ends of the horizontal cables, as well as the ones next to the staircase.
