Requires surface prep ie. tightening any loose nails, identify if any boards need replacing, pressure wash/clean as well as sanding and re-staining. I have a project in Aberfeldie where I need help staining the timber fencing and applying a clear coat. The timber fence has already been pressure washed and sanded so it's ready to apply. I will supply the material which is an Intergrain water based product in colour Dark Oak. The product can be sprayed or applied by brush- roller. Total of 35 linear metres by 1.7m high= 59.8m2

The porch/entry to my house is decked. It requires a restain. One edge needs to be resecured squarely. Area is less than 2.5 sq metres
