Hi there, We are looking for someone to clean and stain our deck areas at our property. We have the outdoor deck (7mx2.5m), entry stairs to the house, built in bench seats and the tops of the retaining walls around the back garden that border the backyard. Please see attached images. We will provide the staining oil required for this job.

I have a large balcony with plastic cable ties securing cat netting, these break regularly. I have purchased 200 stainless steel cable ties, a cable tie cutter, gloves. I need someone who can put the new ties along the balcony to secure netting and also tie the metal rods on top on the railing where needed. I am in a wheelchair and cannot do my self. 18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear.
