Have a small dining table that needs sanding and restraining

Looking to get our deck sanded and re-stained. Or just sanded. Back to a surface the we can then stain over. Deck is 10m x 12m plus some stairs at the front.

I have the decking paint, I just need someone to prepare and paint/stain the wooden panels on my balcony.
