Looking for someone experienced to sand back and re-stain our outdoor timber deck. The deck needs a good refresh, including proper preparation, sanding and application of a new stain to bring it back to looking fresh and well-finished. Ideally looking for someone with experience in deck restoration who can achieve a neat, professional finish.

There are 3 pine balconies: approx 2.4x2.4m / 2.3x5.9m these are both level 1 and then a 2.3x5.9m on level 2. All balconies have been pressure washed and the 2 large balconies have also been cleaned using Cabot’s deck clean. I need them all sanded back with 2 coats of decking oil applied. I want job site to be kept with minimal dust outside. Decking screws may need to be screwed down further for sanding.see pictures. Must avoid dripping between deck as it will drip onto area below. Otherwise a drop sheet must be used below the 2 large decks. I will pay for the stain separately under your trade account price - must be good quality.

Looking for someone to finish turning an existing timber room divider into a bookshelf/display shelf. I’ve already attempted to coat/stain it and have purchased dark wood stain and a plank of timber, although I’m unsure if the timber will be enough. Looking for someone to install a stainless steel wall shelf onto the brick wall pictured. Shelf, brackets and original mounting hardware/fixings are all supplied. I also have the installation instructions. It needs to be mounted securely and level on the front of the brick wall, underneath the TV, just below the power points. Please take appropriate care when drilling and ideally have a detector to check the area before drilling. Should be a fairly quick and straightforward job for someone with the correct masonry drill/tools and experience mounting into brick. Located in Prahran. Happy for you to use your own suitable masonry fixings instead of the supplied ones if you think they’ll provide a better/safer installation.

Had a broken roof tiles so the ceilings got a bit stained, need to be sanded and painted over with white ceiling paint… also some staining in one room from kids squishy toys doing time on ceiling too.
