Hi I need the front of my house sanded and re stained. I have a balcony up the top which could be tricky so I’ll attach photos. Front part which is the worst looking should be simple.

There was previously a water leak, which has now been completely repaired. However, a dark water stain remains on the indoor concrete floor and does not disappear after drying. I’m looking for someone experienced in concrete restoration/polishing to remove or minimise the stain and match the surrounding concrete as closely as possible.

I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine.
