Deck and house timber stain Looking for someone experienced to clean, prepare and stain the timber at the rear of my house. Scope includes: Clean and prepare the existing back deck. Light sand/prep where required. Stain the full deck area. Stain the vertical timber cladding across the rear of the house. Stain the timber under the roof/eaves where required. Protect windows, brickwork, outdoor kitchen and surrounding areas. Apply enough coats to achieve an even, quality finish. Clean up once completed. The timber is currently weathered in some areas, particularly the deck, so preparation is important. Photos attached showing the full area. Please quote including labour and advise whether stain/materials are included or need to be supplied separately. Looking for someone with previous deck and exterior timber staining experience.
Amit’s attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. The finished work was completed to a high standard. The main area for improvement was communication around pricing. The scope and price changed during the job, but we did not receive a clear revised quote before the work was completed. The final cost was double the original price. Clear approval of any price changes before continuing would have improved the overall experience.

I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine. The washing machine will be moved out of the apartment on Friday 7 Aug so I'd like someone to come on Saturday 8 Aug.
