Hi, my vehicle suffered and engine issue resulting in it leaking engine oil on the apartment's ground and basement parking. The are a few pools of engine oil leak on each floor (from where the vehicle was parked) and one dotted trail connecting both (from when vehicle moved from basement to ground floor).
Luke helped clean up a major engine oil leak for me. He was transparent with his work, explained his approach clearly, and pointed out areas that would be challenging to clean due to obstacles. He also offered to return and check those areas once the obstructions are removed. A nice guy and very pleasant to work with!
