We have an small unfurnished 3 bedroom house in Prospect 2148 (Blacktown) with cypress pine that we are looking to have sanded, stained, polished totalling around 77sqm. There is a newish extension of the house that has bamboo flooring so we would ideally like to stain the pine to a similar colour to match as best as possible. Water based polyurethane for polish that is toddler and dog friendly. Floor is in reasonable condition with mainly wear and tear but may require some putty and gap filling. Job can commence within next 5-7 days. More detailed photos or physical inspection can be arranged on request.

Driveway cleaning with some oil stain

We have a stained 1.2m wide door with a large handle. At the moment the door is closed by locked and key. The problem is it does not have a deadbolt, so if someone forgets to actually lock it, it can just be pushed open unlike the old doors with deadbolt that once closed, though not locked cannot be pushed open from outside. So i just want a deadbolt put, it can be manual or the smart locks, the problem however, is that it has a big long handle, those who look at it said that the handle had to be removed to accommodate the lock, but that would mean leaving a hole where the handle will be removed. the bottom hole can be covered by the new lock mechanism (smart lock, i think) but the upper hole won't be, so it would look ugly. So i want someone who can: - put the deadbolt lock, can be manual if it does not have to remove anything. -or put a smart lock and if the long handle is to be removed, the hole will be patched and stained so as not to make the hole obvious or put something to cover the hole like a smaller handle to cover it and no need to re stain the door. Someone has to actually see it to recommend solutions
