We're seeking a team of 2 well presented, friendly and reliable hospitality staff to assist with food and drinks at a standing reception / private party at a residential address. Time required will be 1.30 - 8.30pm AND approximately 30 mins on video call beforehand to run through the plan prior... Tasks will include: Food: - Following a timed plan of starters, mains and dessert - Attention to detail for the final touches serving of each dish - approx. 8 types of canapes - approx. 2-3 mains - Dessert x 1 - Simple cooking and / or warming of starters - plating and serving - warming of mains - and plating and serving - Cooking tasks will be basic such as cooking satay sticks already prepared, heating canapés in air / deep fryer / warming on stove / oven / microwave - Everything will be as pre-prepared as possible and ready for final touches and assembly and serving on platters or small plates. - A high level of home cooking skills are essential Drinks: - Greeting guests with a welcome drink - Serving bubbles, beer, wine - tray service style - and topping up glasses regularly - Monitoring the self-service cocktail bar and topping up supplies / ice buckets/ glasses etc. Cleaning: - Clearing plates, cutlery and used glasses periodically throughout the event - running the dishwasher as needed - cooking items and glasses only - plates and cutlery will be disposable - ongoing cleaning of kitchen as the food service progresses. We are serving finger food with disposable containers so it should be easy to clear/clean up. Perhaps top up drinks initially and then everyone can help themselves later in the evening. Thank you.

What’s involved: * Around 90 minutes of your time. * Simply stand in as the couple and witnesses while I conduct a mock ceremony. * No acting or public speaking experience is required. You’ll just follow my directions. * This is not a real wedding and there are no legal documents involved. * The video will be submitted only to my training provider for assessment.
