Date & Time: Date: 15 August 2026 Time: Morning start (around 9–10am) until approximately 4-5pm Location: Sydney (outdoor/public ceremony space + reception venue nearby) What I need help with: • Arrive early at the ceremony location to help reserve and hold our allocated space • Politely manage the area, as it is a public space (we have permits, but people may still pass through) • Assist with gently clearing and maintaining the space for a private event • Coordinate with staff and suppliers • Be my go-to person to help execute the wedding runsheet and keep things on track • Provide general support to ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free • Assist the bride and groom to look good throughout the day if required (bridal party will share this task) Additional notes: • I will have a reception venue manager, so your support is mainly needed during the morning and ceremony period • Looking for someone calm under pressure, organised, and comfortable communicating with the public in a polite but confident way • Wedding experience is a plus!
