Event Details: Date:16.03.2026 Time:11.00a.m. to 04.00p.m. Location: Pokolbin, New South Wales Guest Count:50 guests. Key Responsibilities: Setup: Chilling drinks, setting up glassware/ice, and preparing the service area. Service: Pouring champagne, serving wine/soft drinks, and potentially tray-passing drinks to guests. Maintenance: Keeping the area tidy, collecting empty glasses, and clearing away any rubbish. Pack Down: Brief tidy-up of the bar area at the end of the shift. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or weddings is a must. Attire: Black trousers and a white button-down shirt or similar

I am needing someone to set up for our laid-back pub wedding reception. The times we are allocated to decorate overlap with our ceremony, so we are unable to do it ourselves. I will provide - Plastic tubs containing decor - Layout plan - Decoration plan Details - 28th July, 2026 - 3pm (5:30pm arrival for guests) - Small event, outdoor beer garden to seat 40 guests The pub is aware of the decorating and is happy to help where they can, and I am quite flexible with the ideas, bar a few small non-negotiables. This does not need tear-down, and I am happy to shout you a drink or some grub once we arrive if you're still there!

I need at least 2-3 people to help with wedding reception.
