Find a professional bartender in Hunter Valley

I am looking for a bartender a 40th birthday celebration. All drinks will be pre batched and 'made easy' so you don't need to be a professional cocktail bartender, but it would be good if you are comfortable pouring and shaking a cocktail. Date is Saturday 5th December, and i'll need you from 4pm - 9pm. Glassware, drinks etc all provided. Ideally you'll bring 3-4 bags of ice with you on the day if you're travelling by car, but we can discuss this (and i'm happy to of course cover the cost of ice). If you've got a friend you'd like to bring along to work together on the day I am happy to have two people, though I think it should be manageable for just one because it's only a small ish group and beer and wine will be serve yourself. In your quote, please let me know if you're proposing one person or two. Also please let me know if you've done this kind of work before. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you.
