Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, experienced bartender or cocktail maker for my birthday celebration at home in Caringbah South on Saturday 7 November. There will be approximately 15 guests, and I’m hosting a fun, glamorous girls’ afternoon with cocktails. What I’m looking for: • Bartending for 3 hours, starting around 3 pm • Making and serving 2–3 delicious cocktails • Serving drinks and keeping the bar area tidy throughout the afternoon • Bringing your own cocktail-making equipment and tools • We can discuss a shopping list of the alcohol, mixers, ice, garnishes and other ingredients I’ll need to purchase I’m happy to supply all the alcohol and ingredients to keep costs reasonable. If you have experience creating a stylish cocktail setup or suggestions for making the bar look special, that would be a bonus! Please let me know your experience, your price, what’s included and whether you’re available on the date. Thanks so much! Lauren

Looking for two enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help serve cocktails (these will already be made up, so we don't need a professional mixologist or anything), top up champagne, and maybe throw a load of glasses in the dishwasher as needed for a private 50th birthday celebration with approximately 50 people attending. Experience in hospitality preferred but not necessary. Be there by 3:30 for a run through, the party starts at 4pm. We estimate for approximately 5-6 hours.
