The downstairs kitchenette off the garden is to be used as a bar space with a counter to serve beer, champagne and wine - with a fridge and ice. All alcohol, food and glassware is supplied. May be required to move alcohol or ice from a boat shed fridge to the kitchenette 20m away. Need 2 x waiter/waitresses to heat up and serve the food supplied by the caterers and to slice and serve the b'day cake and collect empty glasses, etc. Range of hors d'Oeuvres supplied by caterering company to be served by Wait Staff. Experience in hospitality preferred and in accordance with NSW Covid Safe Hospitality Guidelines (mask etc.) where possible.

The event is Sat 21st Nov 2020 in Burraneer next to Cronulla, starting at 4:30pm and concluding around 8:30pm. We have a brand new well equipped kitchen and bar with plenty of space to create in!!
