Hello I need an event planner for 11th Jan 2026 for a 1 year olds birthday I have everything ordered I just need someone to come set up the tables chairs and instruct people that are going to be at the birthday on where to go to set up there stations on what will look nice and pretty and guidance on where to play balloons ect I will not be able to be at the venue till about 130pm so this will your job to make everything look amazing. Location is port hacking community centre in the Sutherland shire There is a hall and a grass area the party willl be on the grass area. I have the venue book from 10am if you think I need to make it earlier happy to book earlier to give more time the party willl start at 2pm.

Hello I’m after wait service help for my husbands 50th at home. Would love help with heating and serving starters and antipasto and serving guests, setting up buffet style table for main dinner and then help with cleaning and clearing plates/glasses/food.

Looking for two enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help serve cocktails (these will already be made up, so we don't need a professional mixologist or anything), top up champagne, and maybe throw a load of glasses in the dishwasher as needed for a private 50th birthday celebration with approximately 50 people attending. Experience in hospitality preferred but not necessary. Be there by 3:30 for a run through, the party starts at 4pm. We estimate for approximately 5-6 hours.
