Looking for an experienced mixologist with youthful energy for our daughter’s 21st birthday party at our home on 6 December 2025. - Four hours of drink service 6-10pm - with the mixologist to arrive prior to event to set up and be ready for service - 30 attendees or so, all good and well behaved young adults 😊 - we have a large island bench in the kitchen that is perfect for a bar, it flows on to our large back deck for guests to mingle on, and we have a large esky for ice - choice of four cocktails to be agreed prior to event - a few interesting garnishes if possible (optional) - we have one shaker and a blender you can borrow, and knives and chopping boards, please bring any other equipment required for four different cocktails - we will buy all the ingredients and booze and ice and garnish options – once we have decided the cocktails you can just send us a shopping list! - references from similar work required. Its a 50th birthday party with around 25 guests, I'd like an hour's worth of trivia please. We have some speakers and a TV in the area where trivia would be held, but may need some AV.
