Find a professional Sonos speaker technician in VIC

Need Sonos soundbar attached to wall, I have bracket power and hdmi. Just needs attaching to wall and cables hidden.

I am connecting Sonos Arc to a Sony Bravia via an HDMI cable. The soundbar keeps cutting out. If I jiggle the HDMI connector it will at some point reconnect but then it will inevitably drop out again. I cannot tell if it is the cable or the Sonos Arc HDMI that is the problem. I feel that we will need to access behind the wall-mounted Sony Bravia. I cannot do this on my own and I have no immediate family who can help.

Help needed to sync Sonos surround sound speakers with ultra arc sound bar. Purchase the ultra arc sound bar, era 100 speakers and sub, was told it was as simple as downloading the Sonos app adding the speakers and it should all work together but clearly I have missed something! Sound bar works but other speakers won’t connect! Any audio visual techs out that there can help?
