I would like some help with 2 x tasks: 1. Transporting a Sofa with Chaise from Kingsgrove to Panania (sofa taken upstairs to 1st floor) 2. Lifting a photocopier from ground floor to 1st floor of my house (upstairs) -The sofa will be broken down into 3 x parts and is wrapped with shrink wrap. Total dimensions of the Sofa is 2.9m x 2.3m (when put together). -The photocopier weighs approximately 155kg and needs to be carried vertically up the stairs. It will fit in the width of the stairs but won't be able to tilt or turn. Dimensions are 663mm (W)x 723mm (D) x 1141mm (H). -Staircase has 18 steps. There is a 90degree turn at the 4th and 5th step. A stairclimber or trolley won't work as you will need to turn and the photocopier is too big. The photocopier can only be carried up. The whole job, including driving time should only take 1 hour. Transporting the sofa and lifting upstairs looks like a 2 person job. The photocopier is definitely a 3-4 person job to lift up the stairs. These tasks would suit a removalist team passing through.
