Elvis who did my delivery was lovely and very helpful but I was disappointed that I was left waiting for almost an hour for a time dependent task which was outlined in the advertisement. When Elvis arrived it was only him so I had to help lift the couch. In the end the job got done and Elvis was very nice but I think the organisation could have been better to save me the stress I had on the day.
