I have two desk lamps with cords chewed off by our rabbit and a floor lamp with a defective switch needing repair.

I have old lights in all rooms (non-LED). - 3 bedrooms: Replace old lights with new 32.8 cm Aaron LED lights (same spot) - Multiple Areas 6 lights: Remove old bulbs and replace with Arlec LED downlights (same spot) - Lounge: Remove 3 current downlights and 1 pendant light. Fill their holes. Create 6 new holes and install 6 Arlec downlights with dimmer. - All areas (5 in total): Move switches from door frames to wall next to it. (Wall is all plasterboard/drywall). - Laundry and 1 Bedroom: Replace existing switch board with a new one (same spot) Requirement: - Needs to be licenced and insured electrician - Clean and Great craftsmanship - Thoroughly install wirings with no hazard - Have their own tools Please see photos for more information.
