Scope of Works • Bathroom: – Add one downlight inside the cupboard. – Upgrade existing switch from 1-gang to 2-gang. – Replace existing central light with 4 downlights. • Existing Bedroom: – Replace existing single light with 4 downlights, controlled by the existing switch. - 2 lights with switch – Install an external light switch. -4 POWER POINT • Walkway: – Install 4 downlights controlled by the existing switch. - ONE POWER POINT • New Bedroom: – Install 4 downlights with a new single-gang switch. – Install FOUR power points on the TV wall and bed wall • Dining Area: – Install 4 downlights with a new switch. - FOUR power points • Kitchen Area: – Install one pendant light with a new switch. – Install two power points above the kitchen bench. – Install one dedicated power point for the fridge. – Install LED strip lighting. -new 4 Downlights and switch -change old PowerPoint to new PowerPoint. --------------------------------

I have a two bedroom, 2 bathroom CBD apartment that requires various electrical works. The scope is as follows: 1. Replace existing electrical power outlets (these all function fine but look old) with the Clipsal Iconic Range Vivid White (replace like for like). There are approx x13 outlets requiring replacement). 2. Replace existing light switches (these all function fine but look old) with Clipsal Iconic Vivid White range (replace like for like). There are approx 7 light switches requiring replacement. 3. Replace existing downlights (and enclosures) with a white enclosure (i.e. Bunnings or similar). Unfortunately I don't have a count on the downlights. 4. Replace existing air vents (these all function fine but look old) with new air vents (coloured white). There are approx 11 vents. I appreciate this is not typically the job of an electrician but expect the process of swapping like-for-like will be fairly straight forward. Please attend to the property this week to confirm the scope of the works (and sizes of downlights/vents) before providing a firm quote. I will be able to provide approval to proceed immediately if the quote is acceptable. Please also confirm if it is possible to complete the job by Sunday (if this is not possible, that's fine, but would prefer completion by the end of week). On one socket the plastic switch is broken so the socket needs replacing. On another socket the screws and metal no longer fix to the hole so the socket needs replacing and fixing to hole. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 31 May 2022
