I have already purchased the new smoke alarm — this is a like-for-like replacement. Scope of work: • Remove the existing smoke alarm • Install the new unit in the same location • Ensure proper connection and functionality Please only make an offer if the posted budget works for you. Also, take video proof that the toilets flush less than 6.5 litres, don’t leak and are dual flush. Plus, videos of all the taps on the property don’t leak and that the water meter does not move if no one is using any water on the property to prove there are no leaks.

Electrician to check smoke alarms are in good working order - change battery if required - supply paper work that say they have been tested and all good - they have all been newly installed - two homes require this area 2038 and 2008

looking for someone can look after a smoke alarm, have replaced the battery, but keeps on beeping. It is hardwired to the wall and you need a stepladder to get to. Anyone to know would be good.
