Job is for installation of two smoke alarms, to replace existing hardwired alarms which are functioning but older than 10 years old. Supplied alarms are FirePro Model FPC240-W

need to replace smoke alarm with one of those standalone portable ones on the roof. We need a ladder for this job.

Remove battery from faulty smoke alarm. Must bring own ladder as very high ceilings.

We need to install additional smoke alarm in the ground floor, interconnected with other one, possibly via WiFi and supply a certificate.

4 fire alarms need to be re-fixed to ceiling. Kind of dangling from wires/nails. Will need a small step ladder.

Two small Barrel bolts are to be put on the security door of the kitchen at the place marked in the picture and to screw a smoke alarm on the ceiling . A person available around the area can do this small job easily

My existing smoke alarm keeps beeping despite having its battery changed, I suspect either it’s too old or faulty, I will need a new smoke alarm supplied and installed. It’s wired into the ceiling and also has battery in it.

Smoke alarm compliance for insurance

Supply and install a compatible wired smoke alarm in my apartment. The original mounting base (clip) is still in place and connected to the wiring. A new alarm unit needs to be installed onto this existing base. Photos of the current smoke alarm and base are attached for reference.

looking for someone can look after a smoke alarm, have replaced the battery, but keeps on beeping. It is hardwired to the wall and you need a stepladder to get to. Anyone to know would be good.
