Find local smoke alarm installers in NSW

I need some smoke alarm batteries replaced in a house in Armidale. The house has high ceilings and the person will need to have a ladder.

I have 2 smoke alarms that need attention: 1. Smoke alarm 1: Making a continuous beeping sound similar to a low-battery warning. I have already replaced the battery with a new one, but the beeping is still continuing. Need someone to inspect and fix/replace it if required. 2. Smoke alarm 2: The alarm is hanging loose and is not fixing back securely into its mounting bracket. Need it properly reattached and secured. Looking for someone experienced with smoke alarms who can inspect both and resolve the issues. Please bring any basic tools/parts that may be required.

Two hardwired, interconnected 240V smoke alarms in a single-storey, fairly new home. Current units: Emerald EP-VC-240-1 (photoelectric, 9V backup). THE PROBLEM Only one alarm is misbehaving - the one in the narrow hallway beside the glass sliding door to the alfresco area. It false alarms at night, repeatedly. The other one, in the living hallway, is fine and rarely sounds. WHY (my read - happy to be corrected) - The glass door fogs with condensation overnight, and the hallway is narrow with a curtain nearby, so damp still air sits around the alarm. Moisture in the optical chamber can set it off. WHAT I NEED 1. Replace both alarms, reusing the existing 240V wiring. My two alarms are linked today - when one sounds, both sound - and that must still work with the new units. 2. New ceiling bases go on with the new alarms. The bases are proprietary, so both units are replaced as a matched pair. 3. While the old base is off, if the ceiling cable entry is not sealed, please seal it before fitting the new base. 4. Have a look at where the alfresco-hallway alarm sits - narrow hallway beside a glass door that condenses heavily, curtain nearby. If you see a placement problem, let me know; otherwise leave it. WHAT I WANT FITTED Preferred: Brooks EIB3016 (230V mains, photoelectric, 10-year lithium backup, hardwired interconnect). Also happy to consider: Clipsal Fire Tek 755PSMA5L. Please no 9V-battery or battery-only alarms - battery chirping is part of why I am replacing these. I am happy to buy the alarms and pay labour only, or you can supply them. Please quote either way and say which. Looking for licences electrician to complete a few small jobs- Replace 2x wired in smoke alarm- I will purchase new one Replace gu10 style down lights in front eve- to the newer led style ones- I have these also they are the bigger size so the holes need to be re cut to fit Replace old bathroom fan/light combo to one that is seperate light and fan- the hole for this is quite large so may require an inspection to work out what is needed.

Details: - Single smoke alarm installation required. - Ceiling is standard plasterboard. - Existing downlights nearby (see photo). - Must be hardwired and compliant with NSW requirements. 2 wired smoke alarms to be installed in pre existing circuits

Replacement of the two new smoke alarm unit. We have purchased from Bunnings x2 FirePro Connect 10 Year Lithium Wireless Interconnect Smoke Alarm. Exiting smoke alarms are over 12 years old.

Smoke alarm chirping with red light flash every ~30 seconds. This has been temporarily muted via button. We require someone to test and replace where required. Please bring high A step ladder due to ceiling height.
