Looking for someone experienced to professionally remove silicone and reseal the floor waste/drain in a tiled shower. The existing silicone around the square stainless-steel drain fitting is deteriorated and needs replacing. Scope of work: 1. Carefully remove the existing deteriorated silicone around the square drain fitting. 2. Clean and prepare the surfaces, removing old silicone residue. 3. Inspect the surrounding joints for any obvious deterioration or movement. 4. Apply high-quality, waterproof, mould-resistant sanitary silicone suitable for stainless steel and tiles. 5. Use charcoal/dark grey silicone to match the surrounding grout. 6. Ensure a neat, professional finish with clean, straight edges. Important considerations: - The shower floor has large-format charcoal tiles. - Care is required when removing old silicone to avoid damaging the tiles, drain fitting or underlying waterproofing. - There is some existing white filler/sealant around the circular grate.
