Hansgrohe shower head. Water pressure is low after twisting the shower head for inspection, when placed back in the water pressure dropped off significantly. Some possible leak in the adapter to place to twist in the shower head.

1) My shower head is leaking and I’d like someone to come take a look and fix the issue. Not sure if it’s just a washer that needs replacing or something more — I need someone who can diagnose the problem and carry out the repair. 2) Washbasin tap needs to be checked as the water hardly flows through it.
Peter was great at sorting out the shower issue and also checked a few other leaking taps with no extra charge. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Would surely use his services again in the future.

I have the shower filter ‘well verti’ The shower head can disconnect from the wall but I have no idea how to unscrew the shower head as it is on a swivel ball. I would like the filter attached to the shower head.
