We currently have a Shower Head which need to be replaced and fitted with a new Shower Head, but the current threads doesn't seem to fit for the US Based Shower Head. Would need additional adapter to connect both of them and fit them. 1. Check if there is an issue with the shower head that is causing the water pressure issue. Take video once inspected. 2. If issue with shower head, supply and install new shower head. 2 new shower heads to be installed with new rail and handheld. 1. Current shower heads have no rail, So drilling would be required to hold the rail (pics attached of existing shower head). 2. Current shower heads are quite high due to the outlet on top side, checked couple of new systems and their shower head is above the tiled area and shower screen.. searching a system which can fit in the existing plumbing (may need to use a diverter if no showerhead fit in my bathrooms as outlet is quite high and all systems are touching the roof). If you know any 2-in-1 system which can fit here, please recommend.

Water poor flow rate from bathroom shower head

The water flowing from the shower head is poor. It was ok so far for last 1 year. Over last week or so, the water flow rate is low (both hot & cold). This issue is only for shower head. All other taps, hot and cold water flowing with good rate and no issue. I had same issue with tap in laundry area, Plumber came and removed the tap to notice damage washer (debris of damage washer was causing issue). When removed, water was flowing 3 times rate. I suspect same issue after removing shower head.
