Find a professional floor screeder in Central Coast

Remove old vinyl, do screeding and then tile the laundry (2.6 x 1.7).

Require screeding of approx. 35m2 outdoors so I can tile on top after it cures. A cement/sand based screed. Need it to be approx 25mm high along the path (see photos). I have ground the concrete back and applied a primer already. Also open to suggestions

Needing someone who knows how to screed a floor in a new bathroom, job is ready to go now , I will supply the primer and sand and cement , materials will be ready to go so no walking of materials .area is 5.3m2 and is going to have approx 40mm screed with a 10mm step down for shower .
