Find a professional roller shutter repair in South West Sydney

Roller shutter door stuck and uneven on one side. Door is in Liverpool NSW (commercial garage). It has a Grifco motor. It seems off track or cable/spring issue, not just a remote problem. Please provide call-out fee and rough quote range.

A part of my old shutter's manual crank handle broke apart. Looking to see if that part can be replaced, as we cannot open the shutter.
