1 manual roller shutter has trouble closing. Once it’s been fully opened it won’t go back past approximately half way down. If you manually pull it down past the sticking point it will then close but won’t close as per the design. If you only open it ‘the first half’ is also will work normally. Suspect there is some kind of blockage about mid way. Nothing is visibly wrong so it must be within in the sealed ‘roller’ at the top. - Due date: Flexible
