I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals. However, the shutter itself won’t go up or down. It just stays in place. I am not sure if it’s stuck? The shutter doesn’t seem to be responding properly even though the motor appears to be active.

Hi roller shutter rolls up a little when using electric switch from inside and then starts going back down on its own.Making slight noise from motor. Started to do that once we done the underpinning.
