Hello My neighbour and I have an 18m long lowest timber retaining wall and timber fence on the boundary line. Both are rotting and need to be replaced. I want the retaining wall to be replaced with concrete sleepers and the fence to be replaced with a new timber fence. Fence is approx 1.8m high. Open to quotes.
