Hello, We are looking for an experienced renderer, plasterer, or a skilled handyman to repair some minor damage on the exterior wall of our retail store, in Stockland Wetherill Park. The Issue: Our shopfront has a textured "bag render" finish. There are a few small holes and chips in the wall surface that need to be professionally repaired to restore the clean appearance of our storefront. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and replicate the existing textured finish before painting. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged areas on the wall. 2. Filling the holes with an appropriate render or patching compound. 3. Skillfully recreating the "bag render" texture to seamlessly match the surrounding wall surface. 4. Once dry, priming and painting the repaired patches to match the existing wall colour. Paint & Finish Specification attached.
