I live in a high set Queenslander and I'm getting a new oven delivered on Monday 13th February 2023. The courier has decided to wait until now to tell us that they are unable to bring the oven upstairs. I therefore need assistance with getting the oven upstairs and inside the house on Monday late afternoon or evening. (Courier will confirm time on Sunday). We have 2 options for excess depending on which is easier. Front entry is 16 stairs and clearer access or we also have a rear entrance via our decking which only has 8 stairs but access is more restricted. Task should hopefully only take 10-15 mins plus travel time. Have been advised that the package weight is approx 125kg. The budget noted is what I'm happy to pay if the courier decides to be nice and bring the oven upstairs and I no longer need assistance.
