I need to rent a private off-street space to store a 20ft container (dimensions - 5.9m long, 2.4m wide, 2.8m tall). It could be a driveway of a private house or a commercial yard, but it should be a site attended by someone between 8 AM and 4 PM, since the exact time of container delivery and pickup cannot be scheduled. It could be a spare parking space of a shop etc. The container would need to be delivered on Friday 11 April (8AM-4PM), I would need to have access to it on Saturday (approx. 8-5PM) to move the contents into a small truck (potentially twice). It would be picked up by the provider on Monday (8AM-4PM). Site contact person would need to be provided to direct a driver to the container parking spot. Attached is a picture parked in front of my house (it requires 20m long space for the truck to unload and load it). If you have a double garage and rented me your front yard, you would still be able to access it next to the container. It could be ideal way to earn a few $$ if you have a free front yard and are working from home.

Start time at 10:30 am 29/06/24 Household Items are in a basement garage one level down, to be loaded in the van approximately 30 metres away. There is no need to use the lift and there are no stairs to climb. There is a carpark ramp to walk up and down between loads. Goods are mainly packed in boxes Largest (heaviest) items are a 3-seater lounge and 2x bed side tables (There is no fridge or washer machine etc to move) Idealy this job is for 2 or more people, but i can assist if you are a solo operatator (estimate 2 hours work for 2 people.)
