The property moving to is flat with ground floor access, but moving from it has one flight of stairs to the front door, and the driveway is a bit hilly. It's a one-bedroom move; I am the only one moving out of the house, so literally one bedroom, no kitchen, etc. The items moving are boxes (unsure of how many, approximately 5-10 large), 1 queen bed (disassembled) and mattress, 1 L-shaped desk, 1 office chair, 1 large bookcase, 2 side tables, 1 dresser with mirror, and 1 glass cabinet (L 43 cm x D 37 cm x H 160 cm).
