Need help moving house from lewisham to burwood prefferably at 11am. Will most likely take 2 hours, largest thing is fridge and mattress that I will need assistance getting up to apartment as I have a bad back. Everything i own is in plastic Tubs so move will be very simple.

I need a strong person or 2 to move some mid-size item from my apartment (with lift) to the kerb for council clean up. None of the items are too big for an average sized strong person. Task should take 30-45 mins.

I'll have to move some of my stuff from my house in Lewisham and a storage place in Rozelle to Roseville(nothing too big except a washing machine but I do have around 20 boxes, bags and suitcases).
