I’m looking for an experienced bathroom re-grouting specialist to repair three shower bathrooms following a professional leak detection report. The leak detection report identified deteriorated grout and silicone as the likely cause of water leakage and recommended the shower recesses be professionally re-grouted and re-siliconed (re-caulked). Scope of work: • Remove all existing grout inside the shower recesses. • Re-grout the shower wall and floor tiles using high-quality epoxy grout (not standard cement grout). • Remove all old silicone. • Apply new premium mould-resistant bathroom silicone around: • Shower base • Internal corners • Wall-to-floor junctions • Around taps and shower fittings • Shower screens • Any other joints requiring sealing • Inspect each shower for any gaps where water may escape and seal them to prevent future leaks. There are 3 bathrooms, and only the tiled areas inside each shower recess require re-grouting. The rest of the bathrooms do not require re-grouting. Important: • I specifically require *epoxy* grout as these bathrooms are in a high-use property and I want a longer-lasting, more water-resistant solution than standard grout. • Your quote must include all labour and the cost of the epoxy grout. • The existing grout must be properly removed before installing the new epoxy grout. • Experience with epoxy grouting is essential.

Three wet areas: main bathroom (bath + shower + toilet + vanity), second bathroom (shower + toilet + vanity), downstairs laundry/toilet. Roughly 9–10m² of exposed floor tile. 1. Silicone — both showers. Strip all old silicone: screen-to-tile, screen track to base, internal corners, base-to-tile. Same for the bath-to-tile junction in the main bathroom. Screen tracks are stained and need cleaning out before resealing. Mould-treat and allow to dry before reapplying. 2. Perimeter caulk — all walls, all three rooms. The joint between floor tile and skirting is open and grubby throughout. Strip out, clean, re-caulk. Approx 20–24 lineal metres. 3. Grout clean — floors, all three rooms. Alkaline pre-spray, dwell time, mechanical agitation. No acid-based cleaners. 4. Spot regrout. Approx 1.5 lineal metres of failed floor joint in the main bathroom — see the attached photos with red markings. If you spot similar failed joints elsewhere while working, let me know before doing any additional work rather than regrouting them. IMPORTANT: Colour: grout and sealant to be colour-matched to the existing grout, which is a cream/sandstone tone. Not brilliant white. Order of works: strip old silicone → clean grout → allow to dry fully → then caulk and reseal. Photos attached, including marked-up shots showing the joints for spot regrout.
