I need a single person shower partially re-grouted, touched up and sealed around the base. I would also like to remove the old clear silicone that's gone discoloured and have it sealed with new clear silicone.

Need someone to help me regrout and silicone shower

To caulk the tiles so it’s flexible and will not crack. Cutout all loose grout, vacuum grout lines, supply misty grey silicone and caulk grout lines. Bathroom tiles approx 1sqm needing regrouting.

-Removing old grout and putting new grout -Silicone around shower area (both inside shower and outside the shower screen area) -Removing 1 outside tile (just outside the shower screen) as its broken and replace with 1x white tile (its currently covered with hardfoil) so water dont get inside (see pic)

I have just bought a property in Frankston which requires the shower to be re-grouted as per building report and moisture found in the walls. 3 x showers in residential home - Machine joints to the perimeter of the shower base and wall-to-wall joints - Cut out floor grout joints of shower recess and first vertical row of tiles and shower Niche and around perimeter of waste grate. - Clean and repair, seal remaining wall grout as necessary. - Clean and prepare tiled surface and grout joints ready for MG14 application. - Remove FW grate where possible then apply sealant to inside of waste if necessary. - Apply MG14 to all de-grouted grout joints. - Reseal all junctions and shower screen with flexible sealant as required. - Seal around tap spindles if possible/required. - Remove all spoils and leave work area clean and tidy.
