Regrouting shower and replace a few cracked tiles

Looking for a professional to clean tiles and grout in three small areas of my home: kitchen, laundry and bathroom. All three areas are relatively small. The tiles and grout need a thorough deep clean to remove dirt, stains and discolouration. I would also like the grout inspected and repaired or replaced where necessary. Please provide a quote for the complete job, including grout sealing if recommended.

Two showers have cracks in grout along corners of shower see photos . Pls quote for total job x two showers Grout in good condition. Needs grout scraped out along corners and silicone applied around edges of floor and up corners. Some small holes around drain need new grout.

Ants are coming through holes in the grouting of my shower ledge. I didn't realise where they were coming from until last night when I saw a few of them, and then I kind of freaked out and used some wall putty to try and block the gaps since that was all I had and it was late (it did not work). It is also water soluable so not at all a long-term solution even if it did work. Ideally would like someone to come tomorrow during the day or on Saturday.

Laundry floor tile grout has been crumbling and cracking even though it was only regrouted last year. Task - cut tile joints where required - regrout using color matching cement (cream/beige colour please use a stronger cement that doesn't crumble easily) - it is a small laundry as seen in photo - no tile replacing is required - unit is located in Camberwell - please quote inclusive of everything (airtasker fees, the grout cement etc) Thanks

Shower Regrouting & Leak Repair Needed I'm looking for an experienced bathroom tiler or regrouting specialist to repair a leaking shower and restore the grout. The shower was not installed properly by the previous owner, and while | plan to renovate the bathroom in the future, I need a quality repair that will keep it watertight for the next few years. The work required includes: * Repairing a leak where water escapes from the shower screen/door. * Removing and replacing worn, cracked, or missing grout throughout the shower. * Resealing all necessary joints with silicone, including the junction between the shower base/tub and the wall tiles. * Repairing or replacing two loose pebble floor tiles (I'm happy for these to be replaced if that's the easiest and most durable solution). * Sealing the shower once the repairs are complete. The grout in my tiled shower area is mouldy, discoloured and coming away in some places. Most of the damage is at the shower end of the bathtub, where the area receives the most water. The silicone around the bathtub, wall corners and glass shower screen also needs replacing. Please provide separate quotes for: 1. Repairing only the damaged areas. 2. I have a shower over bath that needs to be regrouted (edges and in between tiles). The sealant around my drain and showerhead has come off so please include in quote. I also have a vanity that needs to be regrouted with new sealant applied around tap and drain. I would also like my shower door removed and a new swinging one installed.
