Property is 5 years old and grout/silicon doesn't look that bad but from the corner of one bathroom floor, water droplets are coming out likely needing a regrout and re-silicon of the shower and main bathroom floor. I'd like the old grout and silicon removed and new epoxy grout and fungus resistant silicone done. Floor, walls, shower niche to be done as required of shower area.
