Hi there, Needing some help with tidying up some bathroom floor tiling. Previous owner had tried to re-grout, but it is very patchy and also dry grout still on the wall tiles, that needs to be tidied up. Photos attached also a previous photo to show the size. Mouldy grout needs to be removed and replaced with new. Requires someone experienced who will not damage the tile or the waterproofing layer beneath (if there is one. It’s an old building).

Replace this broken tile which I only realised was broken after a new light switch was installed. I can remove the switch and tape the wiring to provide good access to the tile. I have the spare tile and grout. This is in a bathroom.
