Refinishing of timber floors (downstairs) in a Reservoir townhouse. Approx 40m2. Refer floorplan I've highlighted in blue the extent. There are some gaps between boards that need to be filled in a few areas. Sand and refinish floors to new condition. Use hardy sealer / polyurethane coat. House has been recently painted and new carpets etc so dust suppression must be used.

hi there, i have this Ikea Kitchen island- TORNVIKEN, hoping to get a new paint on the white pieces, and apply a layer of finish on the wood tops to make it darker. One of the lower smaller wood shelves has some scratches and dents from the screws, i want to get that smoothed out as well. The unit is currently disassembled for easy transportation and painting. Looking for someone to touch up the flooring in my house. They mark very easily, especially with liquid, so suspect they need to be sanded down and sealed/finished to make them more durable. Also some gaps and holes in a couple of areas. Photos attached show the wear and tear and a floorplan to indicate the area requiring the repair - open to messages about what may be needed.

We would like the top and sides of an oak dining table professionally restored. It is 220mm x 110mm x 5 mm high. Photos are attached. We would like either a 2pac PU finish (its current finish) or potentially a hard wax finish - to be discussed.
