Hi there, I require some amazing photos for 2 airbnb property i have. The Treehouse - a small 2 bedroom cedar cabin. I need some awesome photos taken , roughly 10-15 and some drone shots to show the view and proximity to the water. Eagle heart Hideaway- this is a large 5 bedroom property with a pool and beautiful views and backs onto a creek. There are horses and highland cows on this property, Im thinking 15-20 photos for this property with some great outdoor shots of the creek & views and animals. I want to showcase all of the above aspects to make it more attractive to book the accomodation. This property is more luxurious compared to the treehouse. Happy for the photographer to have a free night in the treehouse property also to save on travel. If just coming for photos for the day happy to negotiate with the tasker. I took photos but they’re not great. Properties are located in Gunderman and st albans (they are 30 mins from eachother) on the Hawkesbury river, about 1 hour 30 mins from sydney. Location: Paddington and eastern suburbs You will be doing tenancy routine inspection reports and also ingoing/outgoing reports. This involves taking photos of rented property (using an app on your mobile phone). No experience needed, full training provided. Pay: Routine inspections:You are paid per inspection of $20 each which takes around 20 to 30 minutes each including travel time each inspection . You will be doing approx 20 inspections on the day. 2 days per month Ingoing/outgoing inspections: :You are paid per inspection of $80 each which takes around 90 to 120 minutes each including travel time each inspection .
