Need an experienced handyman/carpenter to assess and reinforce a suspended (drop) ceiling in my apartment to safely support a 10kg projector screen. There is no existing access to the ceiling cavity, so access will need to be created as part of the job (e.g. by cutting an access opening) and repaired afterwards. Please assess the ceiling construction and determine a suitable reinforcement and mounting method. New fixings cannot be installed into the concrete slab above. Please include repair of any plasterboard damage caused during the work.

Looking for someone who has experience repairing pull-down projector screens. The screen has been pulled down too far and now won’t retract back into the housing. It seems like the internal spring or roller mechanism may need resetting or repairing. I’m hoping it’s a repair rather than a replacement. I’ve attached a photo of the screen. Title Repair Epson EB-W32 Projector, Auto Iris Error. Description I need an experienced projector or electronics repair technician to repair an Epson EB-W32 projector. The projector powers on but does not project an image or light normally. The warning pattern is: Status light: flashing blue Lamp light: flashing orange Temp light: flashing orange I contacted Epson Australia Support, and they identified this warning-light combination as an Auto Iris Error. Epson recommended cleaning the air filter and completing a full power cycle. If the error remains after these steps, the projector requires diagnosis and repair. I am therefore looking for someone experienced in projector or electronics repair who can diagnose and repair the auto iris mechanism, iris motor, sensor, related wiring or control circuitry, as appropriate. Please do not simply replace the projector lamp without diagnosis, as Epson has identified the error as an Auto Iris fault. I am located in Caulfield and can bring the projector to a technician within a reasonable distance. Please let me know your experience with projector repairs and your proposed price.

Looking for an AV expert to help with the selection and installation of a 4K projector and 100" screen. The screen will be mounted above the fireplace and book shelf.
