He went out of his way to do a thorough inspection, doing everything that I asked and more. He sent through all of the details I could possibly need about the car (inside and out,) including photos. He was fast to respond, easy to organise with, on time to the inspection, well mannered & very helpful and honest in addressing any questions I had.
