We need a power point installed in our garden shed, approximately 6 metres from the existing outdoor power point. The power point was fully installed a few days ago by another installer, but we asked them to remove everything because they were unable to provide the required compliance certificate and invoice. The previous installation means the ground has already been disturbed, so digging the trench again should be relatively easy due to the loose soil. The hole and preparation for the conduit/power point inside the shed are also already in place. We are looking for a licensed electrician to complete the installation, check the existing preparation, and provide a proper invoice and electrical compliance certificate. The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and replace the switch/outlet, taking care given the gas line proximity. Photos attached.
