The single power point outlet in my laundry room of my apartment (1970’s build) has broken. I have a failed inline ducted ceiling fan in a bathroom needing replacement. It's not hardwired - believe it's a standard 10A socket. You'll need a tool to open the manhole to get access and remove it. A large flathead screwdriver may suffice.
