Hi Looking for someone to convert pool fence back to a gate which swings outwards. It was closed by previous owner. May need to be rehung. Will need to install self closing gate hinges and make sure it automatically locks (self latches) when closed. See photos.

our old pool gate latch has broken. the old one needs to be removed and a new one (already have this) fitted. the issue is the old latch screws/bolts have rusted out and are threaded, so the old one has proven difficult to remove.

One of two pool gates is not self-closing. To do with hinges perhaps?

Pool gate no longer closes due to broken mechanism in hinge or hinges. Glass pool gate glass = 8mm thickness, adjoining glass panels = 12mm thickness. Task: purchase hinges, replace both hinges to allow gate to auto-close properly.

Gate is not auto closing, possibly due to lack of spring action in hinges. The gate has also sagged slightly, such that the magnetic latch is misaligned and not working properly. Budget includes Airtasker fee but excludes cost of any parts required. Should be a quick and easy job for someone with the appropriate experience.

Attach newly bought pool hinges to pool fence . Old ones rusted so taken off . May need to drill two new holes in pool fence.
