I have brand new Aqua port 2 in one tap & twin filter unit to be installed. Will replace existing kitchen mixer. Install isolation tap under sink while doing it as there isn’t one. Will pay extra for isolation tap and those parts. Before 10am or after 3pm is good any day.

The shower is working, but The diverter button that should send water to the bathtub is not functioning, and I have been advised that the specific part is not available, so a full diverter system replacement may be required. My Suzuki SX4 aircon is leaking water into the passenger seat. When the aircon is turned on, water slowly leaks into the passenger seat floor and when I drive with the aircon on there is a faint rubbing/brushing noise, especially when I turn the steering right.

Hi folks, I am looking for a Handyman / Plumber to Repair or Replace the following two components of a shower. I have attached several photographs of the shower so that you can better visualise the issue. COMPONENT CIRCLED IN BLUE (IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS) The shower head holder or shower head bracket. (It's the part that cradles the handheld shower head itself). ISSUE: This component is not locking in place at all. It rotates 360 degrees freely, meaning the shower head is not able to be held firmly in place when showering. COMPONENT CIRCLED IN RED (IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS) The adjustment knob or tightening knob for the slider. (You twist this to loosen or tighten the entire bracket, allowing you to slide it up and down the vertical bar). ISSUE: This component will not untighten at all. Meaning it cannot be moved up or down the vertical bar. It is as if it is glued to the bar. I will be at the property late in the afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week (October 28, 29 & 30). Ideally, if somebody could visit on one of these days and times that would be great. A existing water irrigation system for a small garden needs to be re-programmed to a daily watering instead of once a week. Not sure if the control panel works properly?

Labour + consumables I have a PVC pipe that needs to be blanked. I have the end caps, but I don't have thread tape or a large enough spanner /shift to ensure a watertight seal. Additionally, I need someone to access the roof to apply tape to the end cover of the solar hot water system. Also, secure or tighten a tap spout/nozzle on an outdoor sink.
