I need a handyman to come take a look at my bathroom taps. The tap is leaking and I think that both tap washers need replacing. I also would need someone to 're- string' my clothes line.

Water leaking into ensuite area during rain event. Problem diagnosed as faulty sealing in sewer pipe on the roof. This has been replaced but leakage continuing. Job is fit drypen flushing to roof around existing sewer vent pipe and replace dektite.
