Toilet pipe has a small leak. Maybe just a retightening of the joint.

Hot water system is running from the overflow pipe continuously. The system is a Saxon and is probably over 12 years old.

I need a plumber to give me directions for the layout of an ensuite, I work at a hardware store so can supply all fittings pipes etc , I was hoping to do most of the ground work and have everything in place so that it could then get connected by a qualified plumber, I'm in no hurry and can supply pictures and Measurements Bottom line is to do it as cheap as possible but happy to pay for the consult and finish I have no idea what sort of price for this situation If you are a plumber and this is something that you could do let me know what you think The basic floorplan would be a toilet with a shower next to it on a 1.75m wall and a vanity on a 2.8m wall, there is about 16m for the toilet waste to have to run to connect to an existing toilet . We have a patio next to our bedroom and it has the house roof covering it sa was just going to turn that into the onsuite

We have a leak behind our washing machine - unsure why. Found it as washing machine was alarming “no tap” indicating insufficient water flow to machine

Leak is on a main line into house (Copper) it runs under patio concrete slab.I have already removed concrete and exposed pipe in the vicinity of the leak. Leak detection was carried out but was unable to pinpoint main leak as pipe is shrouded in rubber coating. I think I'm close I've just run out of time to complete. Someone with plumbing skills preferred. All tools Provided.
