Task including two area in living room: @There was originally a box aircon on the living room wall, after i removed the box aircon and brick back / plaster back, the plaster patch still need to be sanded and repainted to match the wall. The patch size is approx. 800mm x 500mm (1st photo) @Also there is a water leak stain on the ceiling corner:cornice atea (2nd photo), approx. 150 mm diameter size. Leakage from flue above has been sealed/solved, But the stain there need to be painted back to be consistent with wall color as well.
