I have one large patched section of the ceiling that needs to be plastered and painted. There are also some other smaller holes on walls that need filling, fixing and painting / finishing.

Small bathroom with exisiting manhole no longer required. Need to fix a piece of gyprock, sand and make seamless ready for painting

We are needing someone to gyp rock plaster board this wall and seal off edges ready for wallpaper. Tiles have been removed and ready for plaster work. Wall dimentions are H: 2.24m x W: 2.75m the fireplace is not installed yet. Can be moved out of the way when needed on the day. See photos attached.

Cut out water damaged plasterboard in ceiling. Check if aircon vent is set at correct height. Glue and screw existing plaster board surrounding piece you cut out. Glue and screw replacement plasterboard. Fix aircon vent through plasterboard paper and plaster all joins. Plaster to paint finish. Paint - 1x seal coat 2x white to match existing. Cover work area to prevent spillage of any kind. Supply all materials, paint and tools required. You must be qualified or be dam good with experience to undertake this task. Have 3 more tasks for the right person. Max 2 m2 plasterboard may need replacing.

Need do Gyprock in the bed room walls living area and kitchen walls

Ceiling sagging and cracks between gyp rock sheets needs resecure/putty to prep for paint. Hole in wall near light switch needs repair and prep for paint. Cracks in gyprock around window frames needs repair and prep for paint. I'm having trouble uploading pics so I can txt through.
