1m*1m Supply and install cross support and battens to ceiling cavity. Supply and install double layer plaster board to ceiling and apply ceiling tape. (this is required to match existing) Supply and install new inspection hole into ceiling void in required location as specified from AC technician (this will need to be discussed while works are completed for exact location and size required) Apply 3x coats of plaster and sand back to paint ready finish. Cut hole in new sheeting to reinstall the existing down light. Clean area of any of our materials once completed. Builders clean only.

Repair a cornice and two strips of plaster tape with new plastering along with painting the ceiling.

Curtain rod above sliding door/windows. Steel/metal frame behind the plaster where the rod needs to go.

Plastering/ sanding of roughed out holes in walls from electrical relocations. This will include some use of chipboard for repairs, holes to repair approx. 15cm x 7cm. See image of units that are being relocated and or removed. Plaster repairs will be following an electrician who is decommissioning and roughing out new locations. 2 days work, approx. Other trades on site.
