We have a handful of plaster repairs required internally - cracks caused by house leveling which requires repair and patching + painting; and some old patching which requires sanding and painting. In total about 10 spots where cracks need patching and painting, and 7 old downlight holes which have been filled but need repair and painting.

Need repair done see pics. The whole room measures 3.1m x 3.4, the approx area that needs repair is 2m x 3.4m. There is timber screwed in across the battens to secure it ot further falling. will require the following 1. new ceiling plaster approx 2m x 3.4m 2. around 5m of cornice(not fused as close as possible to existing shape looks like 55mm). Need to double check 3.stop up & sand ready for paint 4. few screws into the existing plaster thats remaining wouldn't hurt. Always good to future proof. Quote me with paint and without paint as Im pushed for time. So if the price is right might get you to do that too

There are 2 holes in the ceiling which need to be fixed. I have attached the picture of the holes (one big and one small) The big hole size is 50mm x 25 mm The small hole size is 20mm x 20mm
