Three A4 pictures to be hung (again, straight and in a row with each other) A big wall decal to stick to the wall (1.5mx33cm) Essentially I'm rubbish at hanging things straight, and need help (and am not sure I have the right picture hanging kit for the large prints)

We need an experienced picture hanger to securely hang a large, heavy framed print on a stud wall in a rental property. The print measures 120 cm × 80 cm and weighs approx.5 kg. Cupboard opening is 325mm W x 495mm D x 2190mm H, single door hinged on the left. The kit includes: 2x plain baskets, 250W x 150H x 485D 5x plain baskets, 250W x 100H x 485D 7x side mount runners (450L) 7x 11mm battens (450L) Baskets and hardware will be supplied by me, just need them fitted level and running smoothly. Hoping to find someone who can install wallpaper and also hang several light weight artworks in my home. The wallpaper area is small study nook. 1 x wall 144cm x 240.
