Our building is an old grain silo, and definitely past residents have hung things but this one requires some experience/skill and right parts to drill into cement/hang the painting slightly further off wall on specific type of hook? - two small frames, super standard - string shelving unit - I already hung one with my dad (see pics) but want to put my other one up now at this house. Hang one picture and move another hook and picture. Move some furniture around apartment to be able to lay rugs underneath including gas lift bed. Move leftover tiles into cupboard.

There is a total of 5 Prints and 1 Mirror. 2 large framed pictures 60cm x 90cm plus a large round mirror (90 cm diameter). The mirror frame is powder coated, MDF material. Backing is also MDF with D rings for hanging from Freedom Furniture so around 11kg. There are also 3 framed canvas prints - One of the canvas prints is 70cm x 140cm though not necessarily heavy. The other two are 60cm x 90cm. Both framed pictures and the 3 canvas’s are pre strung and ready for hanging. The mirror is not strung so can be hung from the D rings only. All walls are solid brick render. Access is via lift. All to be hung at eye level. Can only be done Monday 30th March. Will need a set time so please bid mentioning what time you can do. We have no photos of the items.

I have some artwork / framed prints that I need hung up in my apartment. Approx 5 in total with various sizes with the largest being 1200cm x 800cm. Replacement of two damaged kitchen tiles that are next to each other. The tiles do not go under the cabinetry. Scrapping of silicon edge sealant can be provided to match.
