Need someone to take photos for a baby’s one month celebration with family

Need professional shots of a business warehouse for social media, and for updating our brand platforms. Looking for someone skilled in commercial buildings or real estate photos. Sample shots below. Need to include wide-angle shots, shots from a height to ground below. A couple of drone shots as well would be great to complete the package.

Family photoshoot including a newborn at our house in Reservoir. We are a family of wife + husband, 5 year old, 3 year old, newborn + dog and cat. We have a bright, colourful home, wanting something relaxed and fun. Would like probably 15 or so photos. I have a few specific shots in mind - few family photos including our dog and cat (this pic is the hardest to take to get the pets and kids to cooperate), a few of our newborn (I have a few "poses" in mind, I'm wanting similar shots to ones I have of my eldest two kids when they were babies because I love the comparison shots) and some with all three kids. Perhaps one of my husband and I too. Can be flexible with dates on weekends but ideally over the next 3 or so weeks whilst my baby is still pretty small! Mornings probably work best for us.

After some on to take pictures of a game of ice hockey an few team an individual pics 1.5 hour max job will be in reservoir at 5:00pm too 6:30pm. Im trying to make player cards an need pics of all players will need action pics of each player on ice while in game an one of them off an a team pic. we are hosting an internal event where we are creating recipe drinks with our staff and they will be showcasing their creations. We need someone to document the experience by capturing the staff creation of the drinks on the day using our newly launched product and also capturing them on camera as they talk to it and explain what their creations are.
