We are requiring an End of Lease Flea Treatment and DO NOT have any carpet present in the premises. We will also clean out all of the furniture and people prior to this treatment. There are 11 rooms in the house in total. 4 of these are bedrooms. The house has two levels. We do not need anything fancy, we just need a licensed pest control person to give us a receipt for spraying the interior of the property, to then hand that over to the real estate. There is currently no evidence of fleas, and our pets are up to date on their treatments. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 June 2022
