The timber pergola has both colourbond and lazerlite, and the lazerlite is cracking with age. There are two sheets about 4m long each with colourbond on each side, and another section on the end of about 4.5m in length. the second at the end includes two sheets covering around 4.5m and one around 3.5m in length. The last three mentioned are all at the end with no other roofing connected.
Brendan communicated really well and kept me up to date, and he and his offside did a great job replacing the roofing sheets and cleaning up after. While there was a small issue to resolve, Brendan was back the next day and fixed it.

1. climb.up on roof and seal and fix leaks into pergola area. I have sealed as much as I can from underneath, however I cannot climb on the roof, otherwise I would. I paid someone cash to put new clear sheets and they did not do a good job and won’t come back to fix it. No more cash deals for me. I also paid a second person to silicon on the roof, another bad job. 2. Re hang 3 holders for guttering - I can’t push it in 3. Take photos and a video of all the roof guttering on the roof. I need to see what other work has not been accurately done at my house. All of the guttering on the roof photos please. bYO own tools. I have roofing glue. Location Mango Hill This should not take more than one hour for you to do. Payment will be taken by Airtasker immediately. However I will not let payment be issued to you until it rains in the pergola area and no rain comes in. If rain comes in, you will need to come back and re-seal. If no rain, I will release payment.
